Welcome to your new home and to the
Concord West Roundtree
This site was created for current and future residents of the Roundtree neighborhood. Whether you’re considering a move to Roundtree or already own or reside here, we hope this site provides information that is helpful to you.
Concord West Roundtree is located in the city of Concord, California, and consists of 88 attached homes in a Planned Unit Development (PUD). The Association was founded to help ensure all our community areas are properly maintained, which relieves owners of the need to handle some landscaping responsibilities. Our pleasant, well-maintained development features a pool and is located conveniently to shopping and freeway access.
As a homeowner at Roundtree, you are encouraged to participate in your community’s governance by attending Board meetings and volunteering for committee work for the betterment of the Association. Engaged homeowners help ensure the success and strength of a community, and you are invited to participate in helping Roundtree continue to be the wonderful place to live that it is. Board meetings are typically held every six weeks and the agenda will be posted at least four days in advance at the posting box near each trash collection area and on this website.
Roundtree is professionally managed by Association Communications, Inc. (ACI). ACI is an Accredited Community Management Firm with the California Association of Community Mangers and is a part of West Briar Knolls I Joint Use.
